This looks pretty bad, lets see if we can fix it.

Rotten cribbing, leaking dam, eroded shoreline and river banks. Whew!! What a mess. Well, let's get working.

Lets clean this up and and get a look at what we really have.

Clean up all the old timber and rubble from the spillway. Remove the organic material and debris from the berm and banks and establish a working elevation.

Pressure grout dam and spillway, soil and bank stabilization. Spillway is being renovated to provided proper and long lasting protection.  It's beginning to take shape.

Lets Finish This

To finish it off, a specially designed mat / form was installed and filled with concrete to provide many many years of continued service.  The shoreline has been returned to normal, the banks protected from erosion and mother nature.  The dam structure no longer leaks and because it's now dry, it is subject to less freeze thaw damage, extending the old dams life for many years to come.

This has turned out very well hasn't it.
